EBF needs people like you to support work-related learning activities and programmes including:-
- Participating in the Business & Enterprise Programme
- Offering your time to the Interview Skills Programme
- Mentoring a young person
- Providing work placement opportunities for young people
- Hosting a teacher within your business
- Developing tailor made activities related to your organisation or business sector
- Becoming a STEM Ambassador
- Opportunities to influence 14-19 education and qualifications such as the Diplomas and Young Apprenticeships
There are many reasons and benefits to get involved:-
- Develop the skills of your workforce, increase staff motivation and morale
- Prepare your future workforce by inspiring, motivating and involving young people
- Influence the learning experiences of young people and promote a better understanding between business and education
- Demonstrate community responsibility and promote positive attitudes to your business
