Creative Careers Event
This event will link to the new Creative and Media Diploma and is designed to raise awareness amongst Year 9, 10 and 11 students of the vast and varied number of opportunities open to them in the arts and creative industries.
Learners will have the opportunity to participate in enterprising activities with professionals from the arts and creative sectors. Thus, providing them with advice and guidance that will help them to pursue the creative career of their choice.

A demonstration of the new features within the Diploma section of the database will be given. There will also be an update on recent child protection issues including the Independent Safeguarding Authority and health and safety.

Mansfield Creative Careers Industry Challenge
The opportunity for up to 36 young people working in teams of 6 to undertake a series of industry challenges within local business settings.
Types of challenge could include:-
Production of live material e.g. a radio broadcast or providing a solution to a real issue/problem faced by the business e.g. marketing a new product or service.
