Information for Parents & Carers

Do you remember when you were at school and you just didn’t know which career path to take? How useful would it have been to get an insight into working life and business? Maybe you are trying to help your child choose their options and need to know about qualification routes - that’s where we come in and can help you in supporting young people make a good start to their working life.

EBF operates across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire providing and maintaining links between employers and schools to develop work related learning opportunities for young people aged 14-19. We also work with primary and secondary schools promoting science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) related activities.

In this section of the website you can find out more about the activities we deliver in schools, or involvement with work experience placements, the new 14-19 Diplomas and Young Apprenticeships.
